NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Richard and Barbara Weddington (collectively, the "Applicant") regarding real property located at 145 Patterson Avenue, and designated as Block 74, Lot 5.01 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted use variance approval for the use of the property as a three-unit dwelling. The Board also granted a waiver of site plan review, since no changes to the property are proposed in connection with this application.
The Board granted this application on November 3, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on December 1, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
