NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Gloucester Township Planning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Stephen Tomiselli ("Applicant") regarding real property located at 21, 23 and 25 North Black Horse Pike and designated as block 10701, lots 12 and 13 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted site plan waiver approval with design waiver relief to allow the Applicant to change the use to a mixed-use building including a restaurant, a retail candle store and an unspecified third use.
The Board granted this application on November 25, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on December 10, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
