NOTICE OF DECISION PLANNING BOARD EGG HARBOR TOWNSIP Please Take Notice that at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Egg Harbor, New Jersey, on November 17, 2025. Fire Office Park Holdings, LLC was granted preliminary and final major site plan approval to construct a 32,000 square foot warehouse building with approximately 28,000 square feet dedicated to warehousing and approximately 4,000 square feet dedicated to office space on the property located at 217 West Parkway Drive, also shown on the Egg Harbor Township tax map as Block 407, Lot 2. A copy of the Decision and Resolution memorializing the foregoing recommendation is available at the office of the Township of Egg Harbor Planning Board, where it may be reviewed during regular business hours.
