NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on December 4, 2025, the Planning Board for the Borough of Little Silver granted minimum setback variances and variance relief for maximum size of an accessory structure to the undersigned to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain a reconstructed, renovated and relocated accessory boathouse with a second floor office on property located at 633 Little Silver Point Road. The property is improved with a single family home and the existing boathouse, with related improvements, and is also shown and designated as Lot 27 in Block 62 on the Borough of Little Silver tax map.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said Borough of Little Silver Planning Board on January 8, 2026, and is available at the office of the Clerk of the Borough of Little Silver, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey during regular business hours.
