NOTICE OF DECISION

NOTICE OF DECISION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Planning Board of the Township of Burlington conducted a public hearing on December 11, 2025 at which hearing the application of Toxaway Auto, LLC requesting approval for Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval as well as Conditional Use Approval to permit the construction of a Take 5 Oil change facility to be constructed on the property located at Burlington-Mt. Holly Road (County Route 541), designated as Unit D of Block 123, Lot 2.02 (the "Property") was considered. Said application was granted. On January 8, 2026, the Township of Burlington Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision. The full decision is on file with the Administrative Officer of the Board and available for inspection in the Planning Board Office at 851 Old York Road, Burlington Township, NJ 08016 and may be viewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
