NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on November 12, 2025, the City of Bridgeton Planning Board granted Final Major Site Plan Approval in order to permit the undersigned Applicants to construct, establish and maintain a new 2,524 s.f. one-story commercial laundromat facility together with associated site improvements including, but not necessarily limited to parking, landscaping and lighting at the property designated as Lot 13 in Block 266 on the City of Bridgeton Tax Map, which property is located at 59 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said City of Bridgeton Planning Board on December 10, 2025, and is available at Office of the Planning and Zoning Board Secretary, Bridgeton Tourist Center, 50 E. Broad Street, corner of Route 49 and Route 77, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
