NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on January 13, 2026, the Township of Berlin Planning and Zoning Board granted d-variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(2) and minor site plan approval in order to permit the undersigned Applicant to construct, establish and maintain a 1,200 s.f. addition to the existing 2,427 s.f. building where Applicant operates their business which services tools and molds for plastic injection machinery, an existing commercial operation not specifically permitted in the R-4 Zone. The approvals described herein pertain to the property shown and designated as Lot 2.02 in Block 2202 on the Township of Berlin Tax Map which property is located at 998 Taunton Avenue in the Township of Berlin, Camden County, New Jersey. The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said Township of Berlin Planning and Zoning Board on February 10, 2026 and is available at the Office of the Land Use Secretary located at the Township of Berlin Municipal Building, 135 Route 73 South, West Berlin, NJ 08091 and online at https://berlintwp.com/planning-zoning-board/ under the "2026 Resolutions" banner toward the bottom of the webpage.
