NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, on January 15, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Mount Laurel Approved the Application of PROLOGIS, Inc. (the "Applicant"), for a second one-year extension of the Approvals previously granted to the Applicant including Preliminary and Final Site Plan and Parking Variance Approval, providing for the proposed development of a 191,620 square foot warehouse distribution facility, with office space and related site improvements, associated parking and loading spaces and other improvements (the "Project") and on February 12, 2026, adopted Resolution #R-2026-04, memorializing that Approval. The Project is to be located on a 16.82 acre property, owned by WN2 Partners, LLC, situated within an Industrial (I) Zoning District in which the Project is a permitted principal use, has a street address of 112 West Park Drive, and is more particularly known as Block 1204, Lot 4.03 on the Official Tax Maps of Mount Laurel Township (the "Property").
The Planning Board's prior Approval for the project was memorialized by the adoption on December 8, 2022 of a Resolution for Application No.: PB-22-26. The second one-year extension granted by the Planning Board extends the period of protection for the Approval for the Project until December 10, 2026.
Copies of the Application for the extension and the Planning Board's determination are on file at the Office of Community Development with the Planning Board Administrator at the Mount Laurel Community Development Office, 750 Centerton Road, Third Floor, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054.
