NOTICE OF DECISION
TOWNSHIP OF WOOLWICH JOINT LAND USE BOARD
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Joint Land Use Board of the Township of Woolwich conducted public hearings on August 7, 2025 and February 5, 2026 at which hearings the application of Park Grove Realty, LLC requesting Minor Subdivision Approval and Preliminary Major Site Plan Approval for property known as Block 16, Lot 5 on the Tax Map of the Township of Woolwich, located at 341 Kings Highway (CR551), Woolwich, New Jersey, (the "Property") to permit the construction of 72 affordable housing units in 4 buildings, and a standalone single-story clubhouse, with associated improvements was considered.
Said application was granted. On March 19, 2026, the Joint Land Use Board of the Township of Woolwich adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision. The full decision is on file with the Administrative Officer of the Board and available for inspection in the Joint Land Use Board Office at 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich Township, New Jersey 08085 and may be viewed during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
