NOTICE OF DECISION Please take notice that the Gloucester Township Planning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by TD Bank, N.A. ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 1235 Blackwood-Clementon Road, Gloucester Township, designated as Block 20304, Lot 1 on the current municipal tax map. The Board granted a site plan waiver to convert an existing drive thru lane to a drive-up ATM lane, including widening a concrete island, adding bollards, new lighting, a small ATM sign on the existing canopy and drive aisle striping to identify the new ATM lane. The Board granted this application on April 14, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on April 28, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer.
