NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Collingswood Planning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Kevin and Donna Van Osten, owners of real property located at 223 Harvard Avenue and designated as block 19.03, lot 29 on the municipal tax map (the "Property"). The Property is located in the SF-D2 zone and is currently improved with a single-family dwelling and associated improvements. The Board granted conditional use approval for the construction of a 494 square foot, in-ground private swimming pool in the backyard of the Property.
The Board granted this application on March 23, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on April 27, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
