NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Collingswood Planning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by 900 Haddon Urban Renewal, LLC ("Applicant") regarding property located at 900 Haddon Avenue, designated as block 65, lots 2-5 and 8 along with the lots designated as block 38, lot 17 and bock 50, lot 7 on the municipal tax map (the "Property"). The Property is in the Professional Office (POD) zone and is currently improved with a five (5)-story office building with numerous tenants and associated parking lots. The Board granted an interpretation of the Collingswood Land Development Ordinance Section 141-22(B) that the Applicant's proposed use, a community-focused prepared meal retail concept which will sell healthy, nutrient-dense food options, which will be fully prepared, package an labeled off-site, in a grab-and-go format, is a permitted retail use in the POD zone.
The Board granted this application on March 23, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on April 27, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
