NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Florence Township Zoning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Joseph Polinski ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 201 West Front Street, designated as block 46, Lot 5 on the current municipal tax map. The property contains approximately 20,174 square feet of vacant land and is located in the RA residential zoning district. The Board granted variance approval to construct a new single-family home, along with an in-ground pool and associated site improvements.
The Board approved the following variances under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 91-189(A)(2) requires a minimum lot width of 100 feet. The Board approved the existing lot width of 95 feet (existing non-conformity).
The Board approved this application on April 6, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution adopted by the Board on May 4, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
