NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Richwood 1 LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 252 Richwood Road (County Route 609) and designated as block 17, lot 4 on the municipal tax map. The Board has granted Preliminary Major Site Plan approval and Preliminary Major Subdivision approval to permit Applicant to subdivide 1 lot into 17 lots consisting of fifteen 1-acre lots for single family homes, one open space lot and one stormwater management lot.
The Board granted this application on February 5, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 7, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
