NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Voorhees Township Planning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Drake Voorhees LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address of 73 N.J.S.H. Route 73 and designated as block 272, lot 4 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted preliminary and final major site plan approval to permit Applicant to redevelop a 14.9-acre site with a 27,436 square-foot Tesla automobile sales and service facility with related site improvements on the subject property.
The Board also approved the following bulk variances under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 150.15E(6) limiting directional signage area: 3 square feet permitted, 13.33 square feet approved.
2. Section 150.015(H)(2)(a) limiting façade signage area: 150 square feet permitted; 185.88 square approved.
3. Section 150.015(H)(2)(a), maximum number of façade signs on a building: two signs permitted, three signs approved.
The Board granted this application on April 22, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 13, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
