NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on February 12, 2026, the City of Bridgeton Zoning Board granted final major site plan approval in order to permit the undersigned Applicant to renovate the existing academic building into a nineteen (19) unit apartment building wherein ten (10) units will be located with the existing building, and the other nine (9) units will be located in a proposed second story addition, together with associated site improvements including, but not necessarily limited to, stormwater management, parking, lighting and landscaping on the property shown as Lot 22 in Block 252 on the City of Bridgeton Tax Map, which property is located at 27 Central Avenue, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302. Previously, Applicant received preliminary major site plan approval, use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)91), density variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(5), bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(2), and design waivers in connection with the proposed development as memorialized via City of Bridgeton Zoning Board Resolution No. 25-01ZB, adopted on May 8, 2025.
The decision of the Board to grant final major site plan approval was memorialized in a written Resolution titled City of Bridgeton Zoning Board Resolution No. 25-03ZB, adopted by the said City of Bridgeton Zoning Board on May 14, 2026, and is available at Office of the Planning and Zoning Board Secretary, Bridgeton Tourist Center, 50 E. Broad Street, corner of Route 49 and Route 77, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
