NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on April 13, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Millville granted preliminary and final major site plan approval with variances concerning the minimum number of loading spaces, minimum number of accessory parking spaces and minimum side yard setback relief to the undersigned, to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain additional dock doors for the conveyance of goods, with new asphalt and concrete paving, fencing, lighting and related site improvements to be utilized in connection with the existing approximately 64,726 square foot warehouse building on the property located at Lot 1 in Block 574 on the City of Millville Tax Map, which property is located at 600 Orange Street, consisting of approximately 231,749 square feet of land.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said City of Millville Planning Board on May 11, 2026, and is available at the office of the Land Use Secretary, City of Millville, 12 South High Street, Millville, New Jersey.
