NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Dylan Crawford regarding real property located at 614 Radnor Avenue, designated as Block 10.03, Lot 2 on the municipal tax map. The Applicant proposed to construct a single-story, 94 square-foot addition to the existing 2-story dwelling. The proposed improvements also included the removal of approximately 98 square feet of impervious pavers.
The Board granted the following variances under the Borough land development ordinance:
1. Section 135-31(D)(2)(b) – minimum side yard setback (one side): 10 feet required; 7.95 feet existing and proposed.
2. Section 135-31(D)(2)(c) – minimum rear yard setback: 40 feet required; 29.58 feet existing and 30 feet proposed.
The Board also acknowledged the following existing non-conforming conditions:
1.Section 135-31(D)(3)(b) – existing accessory structure (shed) side yard setback: 5 feet required; 0.3 feet existing.
2. Section 135-31(D)(3)(c) – existing accessory structure (shed) rear yard setback: 5 feet required; 2.8 feet existing.
The Board approved this application on April 21, 2026, and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution adopted on May 19, 2026. A copy of the memorialized resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer at 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 and is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and for public inspection during regular business hours
