NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Lawnside Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by M&M Thrift Management Company, LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 200 N. White Horse Pike, designated as Block 1401, Lot 4 on the current municipal tax map. The Board granted variance approval to permit the installation of a 135 s.f. facade sign
The Board also approved the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 96-167.A(3) states the maximum sign area for any single wall sign is 30 s.f. The Board approved the installation of a 135 s.f. wall sign.
The Board granted this application on March 24, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on April 28, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
