NOTICE OF DECISION On May 20, 2026, the Township of Woodbridge Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing the granting of preliminary and final site plan approval, variances and design waivers to the Applicant, Public Service Electric and Gas Company, for the property located at 71 Lafayette Road, Block 351.11, Lots 34 & 35 on the tax map of Woodbridge Township. The approvals will permit upgrades to the existing electric substation including the relocation of the pole storage yard, installation of a new control house building, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and related equipment, along with a new decorative precast concrete perimeter wall on the property. A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Secretary of the Planning Board at the Woodbridge Township Municipal Building, 1 Main Street, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095, during that office's normal business hours.
