NOTICE OF DECISION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Wall on May 6, 2026, at the Wall Township Municipal Complex, Meeting Room, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey, the following action was taken: The Applicant Joseph & Heather Obrachta, Block 877, Lot 17.01, Address 2530 River Road, Wall, NJ, was granted plot plan/variance approval to construct a pool cabana/pavilion over an existing concrete deck at the existing single-family home as per the Resolution dated May 6, 2026 and memorialized on June 3, 2026. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the determination of said Board has been filed in the Office of said Board at the Municipal Complex, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey, and is available for inspection.
