NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that on June 17, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Toms River ("Planning Board") adopted a Resolution, memorializing its decision on the application of NECG TOMS RIVER BH, LLC ( "Applicant") to grant Minor Subdivision approval and variance relief including but not limited to: (maximum impervious coverage, no required landscaping strip along side and rear property lines, maximum building coverage, and minimum building/improvement setback for solid waste storage) to subdivide Block 647, Lot 26.01, Toms River, New Jersey (the "Property") into two lots (Proposed Lot A containing +/- 8.5 acres and Proposed Lot B containing +/- 1.5 acres).
A copy of the Resolution memorializing the decision of the Planning Board is available for inspection at the Toms River Planning Board Office located in the Toms River Municipal Complex at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey and can be examined during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays.
