NOTICE OF DECISION On June 17, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Township of Pennsauken adopted a Resolution (Z-2026-14) memorializing the granting of site plan approval, variances, and design waivers to the Applicant, Amazon.com Services LLC, for the property located at 7850 Browning Avenue, Block 6305, Lot 20 on the tax map of the Township of Pennsauken. The Approvals will permit the occupancy of vacant space within an existing multi-tenant commercial/industrial building as a retail delivery and customer order fulfillment business, with related site improvements. A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the Planning/Zoning Office, Pennsauken Township Municipal Building, 2400 Merchantville Avenue, Pennsauken, New Jersey 08110, during that office's normal business hours.
