NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Bordentown Township Planning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by David and Abby Kowalski (collectively, the "Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 16 Oak Avenue and designated as block 40, lot 7 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted approval for the construction of an approximately 503-sf addition to western side of Applicant's home for additional bedroom and living space.
The Board approved the following variances under the municipal land use ordinance:
Section 500-407(D): the Board approved a front yard setback of 20.18 feet where a minimum front yard setback of 25 feet is required.
Section 500-407(D): the Board approved a single side yard setback of 1.67 feet along the western lot line where a minimum single side yard setback of 5 feet is required.
The Board granted this application on June 11, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on June 25, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
