NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on June 4, 2026, the Planning Board for Ocean Township granted an extension of final site plan approval for a period of one year to the undersigned. The extended site plan approval (Resolution 2022-03-PB) allows the applicant to construct, establish and maintain an approximately 7,200 square foot commercial building with related site improvements on approximately 1.22 acres located at 350 Route 9. The property is also shown and designated as Lot 13.105 in Block 241.11 on the Ocean Township tax map.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said Ocean Townshi Planning Board on July 2, 2026, and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Ocean Township Planning Board at 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, New Jersey 08758.
