NOTICE OF DECISION
CLINTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
APPLICATION NO. 2025-06
TAKE NOTICE that on January 5, 2026, the Clinton Township Planning Board granted Intsel Steel East, LLC (the "Applicant") preliminary and final major site plan approval with "C" bulk variances and exceptions for the property designated as Block 7, Lot 33 on the Clinton Township tax maps, which property has a street address of 1 Kullman Corporate Campus Drive. The approval permits the Applicant to demolish a portion of the existing building area and construct two new driveways and garage door openings and to install lighting fixtures. The approval also modifies certain conditions imposed by Resolution No. 2025-04 granting minor site plan approval for the subject property.
The approval was memorialized in Resolution No. 2026-01 adopted by the Planning Board on April 6, 2026, which Resolution was corrected by Corrected Resolution 2026-01C adopted by the Planning Board on July 6, 2026. The Resolutions are on file at the Office of the Board Secretary, 1st Floor, Municipal Building, 1225 Route 31 South, Suite 411, Lebanon, NJ 08833, and is available for inspection during regular business hours.
