STAFFORD TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 20, 2026, the Stafford Township Planning Board ("Board") adopted Resolution #2026-03 granting minor site plan approval to PARAMOUNT HOMES AT FOREST HILLS, LLC ("Applicant") for the location of the resident directory/electronic entry features associated with the gated entrance to the Paramount Escapes at Ocean Breeze planned adult community ("Community"). The minor site plan approval provides for a modified location of the resident directory/electronic entry features associated with the gated entrance to the Community on a landscaped island within Paramount Escapes Drive closer to N.J. State Highway Route 72 than was provided for in the prior approvals for the Community. The resident directory/electronic entry features associated with the gated entrance to the Community are located on the entrance roadway known as Paramount Escapes Drive that is designated as Block 42, Lot 1.28 on the Township of Stafford tax map (the "Property"). The Property and the Community are located approximately 3 miles west of the Garden State Parkway on the northerly side of N.J. State Highway Route 72. The Property is located in the R-4 Residential Zone within Stafford Township.
A copy of Resolution #2026-03 is available for inspection in the Office of the Board Secretary located at 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, New Jersey 08050 and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours.
