NOTICE OF DECISION
TOWNSHIP OF TOMS RIVER PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 4, 2026, the Planning Board for the Township of Toms River (the "Planning Board") heard and approved the application of SP Acquisition Associates II, LLC for a 120 day extension of the minor subdivision approval for the real properties located at 1131 Hooper Avenue, 362 Caudina Avenue, and 1127 Hooper Avenue and designated as Block 599, Lots 712-723; Block 604, Lots 502-506 and 559-563; and Block 601, Lot 1, respectively, on the Tax Maps of the Township of Toms River (the "Approval"). The Approval was subsequently memorialized in a resolution approved the by the Planning Board on the same date as the hearing (the "Resolution").
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Resolution has been filed and is available for public inspection in the offices of the Department of Engineering and Community Development, Township of Toms River, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ 08753, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
