NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON LAND USE BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that on July 1, 2026, the Township of Washington Land Use Board memorialized the following, among other items: (1) a Resolution granting preliminary and final site plan approval and associated variance relief requested by Applicant, Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority, to allow for the development and expansion of a water treatment facility on property located at Block 12, Lot 35 (Naughright Road); and (2) a Resolution granting preliminary and final site plan approval requested by Applicant, Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority, to allow for the development and expansion of a water treatment facility on property located at Block 20.10, Lot 1.02 (Spring Lane). All of the details of the actions taken are memorialized in said Resolutions, which are on file with the Secretary of the Township of Washington Land Use Board and may be reviewed at the Township's municipal building located at 43 Schooley's Mountain Road, Long Valley, New Jersey.
