NOTICE OF DECISION VILLAGE OF LOCH ARBOUR PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the requirements of the Development Ordinance of the Village of Loch Arbour, the Planning Board of the Village of Loch Arbour granted the application of both a variance permit and Certificate of Appropriateness to permit subject to the stated conditions, on the property known as Block 12, Lot 8, more commonly known as 404 Euclid Ave.
The determination of the Planning Board is on file in the Village offices, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, New Jersey and is available for inspection during regular office hours.
This notice is given pursuant to R.S. 40-55d-10(I)
