NOTICE OF DECISION
VILLAGE OF RIDGEWOOD
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application was made to the Village of Ridgewood Zoning Board of Adjustment by the applicant Les Dann, LLC (the "Applicant") with respect to the properties identified as Block 3905, Lots 12, 13, and 14 on the Village of Ridgewood's Official Tax Map and simultaneously bearing the address of 246-264 South Broad Street, Ridgewood, New Jersey for preliminary and final major site plan approval, expansion of a nonconforming use variance, use variance, and bulk relief for the construction and use of an autobody shop with related offices and indoor & outdoor storage on all three aforementioned lots. Applicant also sought approval to consolidate all three lots.
The Applicant's request was approved by the Village of Ridgewood Zoning Board of Adjustment, and a memorializing resolution was adopted on April 14, 2026.
A copy of all documents related to the application and the resolution are on file at the office of the Secretary to the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Ridgewood Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey during normal office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
