NOTICE OF DEMAND FOR ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE CERTFICATE Public notice is given herewith that The Lake Canal Company of Colorado has had a demand filed with it in accordance with Sections 7-42-114 through 7-42-117 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, which demand was made by Pferd Himmel Property Owners Association, for the issuance of a duplicate Certificate representing their ownership of one-half of one (.5) share of the capital stock of The Lake Canal Company of Colorado ("Company") and which demand states as follows: 1. That such Certificate or Certificates have been lost, mislaid or destroyed and that Pferd Himmel Property Owners Association have paid all assessments levied by The Lake Canal Company of Colorado against such stock prior to the date of notice of demand. 2. Such lost Certificate is represented by Certificate No. 875 of The Lake Canal Company of Colorado representing the ownership of one-half of one (.5) share of the capital stock of said ditch company. That Pferd Himmel Property Owners Association is currently listed as the owners of said capital stock by the records of The Lake Canal Company of Colorado which is a not for profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado entitling them to the services of the ditch or the use of the water subject to the payment of assessments. Notice is given herewith that a duplicate and/or replacement certificate will be issued to Pferd Himmel Property Owners Association on June 1, 2026, unless contrary claim is filed with The Lake Canal Company of Colorado prior to that date.
