Public notice is given herewith the Water Supply & Storage Company has had a demand filed with it in accordance with Sections 7-42-114 through 7-42-117 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, which demand was made by Waters Edge Sod Farm LLC, FirsTier Bank as Lienholder for the issuance of duplicate Certificate representing his ownership of .50 () share(s) of the capital stock of The Water Supply & Sotarge Company and which demand states as Follows: 1. That such certificate or Certificates have been lost, mislaid or destroyed and that Assignee Ditch Company has paid against all assessments sucjh stock levied by The Water Supply & Storage Company prior to the date of notice of demand. 2. Thus, such lost Certificate is represented by Certificate No.6940 The Water Supply & Storage Company representing the ownership of the .50 share(s) of the capital stock of such ditch company. That The Water Supply & Storage Company, is currently listed as the owner of said capital stock by the records of The Water Supply & Storage Company which is a not for profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado entitling them to the services of the ditch or the use of the water subject to the payment of assessments. 3.Notice is given herewith that a duplicate and/or replacement certificate will be issued to Waters Edge Sod Farm LLC, FirsTier Bank as Lienholder on October 9th, 2026 unless contrary claim is filed with The Water Supply & Storage Company.
