NOTICE OF DETERMINATION

NOTICE OF DETERMINATION Pursuant to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of the Daleville Community Schools has preliminarily determined to issue general obligation bonds in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $600,000 to fund a portion of the cost of the renovations and improvements to school facilities, including deferred maintenance, HVAC improvements, roofing improvements, energy savings improvements, site improvements, and the purchase of equipment and technology (the "Projects"). The Board initially approved the Projects at public hearings which were held on December 19, 2024, and January 27, 2025.
