NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF TOWN-OWNED REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Selma, Indiana will dispose of Town-owned real property located at 115 South Albany Street in Selma, Indiana, Parcel ID: 18-12-15-103-009.000-011, pursuant to the provisions of Ind. Code § 36-1-11-1 et seq. The Legal Description for said parcel is: Lot Number Five (5) in Block Number Four (4) in Sparr's Addition to the Town of Selma, Indiana. The offering price shall be $18,251.28. Offers shall be sent to Clerk-Treasurer, Jennifer Devine via email at selmaclerk@aol.com or hand-delivered to Jennifer Devine at Liberty Regional Waste District during business hours until April 13th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under section 16 of Indiana Code chapter 36.
