NOTICE OF DISPOSITION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LAKE PARK COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA) RFP 124-2026 Purchase and Redevelopment of Real Property Located at 800 PARK AVENUE Lake Park Florida 33403 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 163.380(3)(a), Florida Statutes, that the Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is accepting sealed proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of real property located at 800 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, within the CRA district. The CRA intends to dispose of this property for community redevelopment purposes consistent with the Lake Park CRA Redevelopment Plan. Interested private redevelopers or persons are invited to submit proposals for acquisition and redevelopment of the property. Proposals must include a cover letter, executive summary, development narrative, development team, experience and qualifications, financing plan, purchase offer, redevelopment schedule, site and building improvements, community benefits, and right of first offer. It is the desire of the CRA to encourage active commercial uses at this location, including but not limited to food and beverage, retail, arts, culture, and entertainment, health, wellness, and lifestyle, office commercial, and mixed commercial concepts.
