NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND LIMITATION ON CLAIMS Pursuant to §180.1407 of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that as of July 20, 2026, Dedicated Systems Holding Co., Dedicated S. Legacy, Inc., Dedicated R. Legacy, Inc., Dedicated Systems Brokerage, Inc. and Dedicated Real Estate Family, LLC (collectively, the "Corporations") have been dissolved with the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. Any persons asserting a claim, whether known or unknown, against any of the Corporations or their directors, officers or shareholders, in their capacities as such, shall present notice, in writing, to the Corporations at 3700 Elmview Road, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54311, citing the name of the claimant, the date on which work was performed by the Corporation for claimant, the address of the property where claimant asserts work was performed by the Corporation, and the nature of the claim. Any claim against either of the Corporations or its directors, officers or shareholders is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is brought within two (2) years after the publication date of this notice.
