NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS WHO MAY HAVE CLAIMS AGAINST DYMAC, INC. Notice is hereby given that Dymac, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 2589 Campau Ave., Port Huron, Michigan 48060 ("Corporation") and whose principal office is in St. Clair County, Michigan, has been dissolved pursuant to Section 801a of the Michigan Business Corporation Act, as amended (the "Act") effective November 1, 2025. This notice is being published pursuant to Section 842a of the Act. Any person with a claim against the Corporation must submit a written statement setting forth a description of the claim, including (1) the basis of the claim and how it arose, (2) the date or dates on which the claim arose, (3) the amount of the claim (if known) or a reasonable estimate of the amount of the claim and (4) the name and address of the claimant. Accompanying the description of the claim shall be copies of all invoices, statements, billings or other documentation which evidence the claim. All claims and supporting material must be submitted to the Corporation, at the address above. If the written statement and any supporting materials received from a claimant does not provide sufficient information, the Corporation may demand additional information to permit it to make a reasonable judgment as to whether a claim should be accepted or rejected. A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within (1) year after the date of the publication of this newspaper notice.
