NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AQUATICS H2O, LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Aquatics H2O, LLC. A South Carolina limited liability company (the Company) is dissolved and is now engaged in business solely for the purposes of winding up and liquidating its affairs. The Company filed Articles of Termination with the South Carolina Secretary of State on September 23, 2025. All persons or entities which may have claims against the Company are hereby notified to file their claims against the Company. Claims must be mailed to the Company at ATTN: Aquatics H2O, LLC – 1989 S. Pine Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302. The claim must be in writing, must include the name and address of the claimant, the amount and basis of the claim, be signed, and be accompanied by documentation supporting the claim.
