NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION DIGESTIVE DISEASE RESEARCH CENTER LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Digestive Disease Research Center LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (the "Company"), is dissolved. Articles of Termination for the Company were filed on February 27, 2026, with the office of the Tennessee Secretary of State. All creditors and other persons with claims against the Company are hereby notified to file their claims against the Company. Claims must be in writing. Claimants must state the amount of their claim, state the nature of the claim, provide the name and address of the claimant, and be signed. Claims must be mailed to the Company at 341 Cool Springs Boulevard, Suite 450, Franklin, Tennessee 37067.
