NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Hunter Biodiscovery, Inc. Notice is hereby given that Hunter Biodiscovery, Inc., a Delaware corporation and registered to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of the State of Delaware on December 8, 2025. Any person having a claim against the corporation must submit such claim in writing with sufficient information reasonably to inform the corporation of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim no later than sixty (60) days from the publication of this notice. Any claims received after that date will be barred by law. The corporation may make distributions to other claimants, its stockholders, or other interested parties without further notice to any claimant.
