NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NORTH PACOLET FORESTRY, LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Pacolet Forestry, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (the "Company"), is dissolved. Articles of Termination for the Company were filed on September 5, 2025, with the office of the South Carolina Secretary of State. All creditors and other persons with claims against the Company are hereby notified to file their claims against the Company. Claims must be in writing. Claimants must state the amount of their claim, state the nature of the claim, provide the name and address of the claimant, and be signed. Claims must be mailed to the Company at North Pacolet Forestry, LLC, 1725 Fairview Farms Road, Campobello, South Carolina 29322. Unless earlier barred, claims against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this Notice.
