NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF CHILD HEALTH IMPRINTS (CHIL) USA, INC. To the Creditors of and the Claimants against Child Health Imprints (CHIL) USA, Inc. (the "Corporation"): NOTICE is hereby given by the Corporation, which was dissolved by the filing of a Certificate of Dissolution in the Office of the Department of State of the State of Delaware on the 31st day of December, 2025, that pursuant to Section 280 of the Delaware General Corporation Law, all creditors of and claimants against this Corporation are hereby required to present in writing and in details their claims, respective accounts and demands against said Corporation addressed to the Corporation, c/o Quarles & Brady LLP, Attn: Attorney Maciej Pietruczak, 411 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 2400, Milwaukee, WI 53202, on or before the 1st day of May, 2026, or such claims, accounts and demands shall be forever barred as against the property of the Corporation and its directors and stockholders. The Corporation or a successor entity may make distributions to other claimants and the Corporation's stockholders or persons interested as having been such without further notice to the claimant. The Corporation has not made any distributions to its stockholders in any of the three (3) years prior to the date on which the Corporation dissolved.
