NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF DREAMS VENUE & EVENTS LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF DREAMS VENUE & EVENTS LLC IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 183 that: (1) Dreams Venue & Events LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, has dissolved effective January 15, 2026; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Dreams Venue & Events LLC or its members, in their capacities as such, must present such claims to Dreams Venue & Events LLC in writing via first class mail, postage prepaid, to Linda Godoy at 902 Main Street, Neenah, WI 54956, with a copy to Attorney Sadie E. Dupont at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 East Enterprise Avenue, Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (4) any alleged claims against Dreams Venue & Events LLC or its members will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
