NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF KOZLOVSKY DAIRY EQUIP., INC. NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF Kozlovsky Dairy Equip., Inc. IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Section 180.1407 of the Wisconsin Statutes that: (1) Kozlovsky Dairy Equip., Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, has dissolved effective May 18, 2026; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Kozlovsky Dairy Equip., Inc. or its directors, officers, and shareholders, in their capacities as such, must present such claims to Daniel J. Kozlovsky in writing via first class mail, postage prepaid, to W712 County Trunk UU, Kaukauna, WI 54130, with a copy to Attorney Sarah J. Knutson at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 E Enterprise Ave, Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (4) any alleged claims against Kozlovsky Dairy Equip., Inc. or its directors, officers or shareholders will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
