NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF MOORE'S INLET, LLC Buncombe County, North Carolina NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to N.C.G.S. §57D-6-11 that Articles of Dissolution of Moore's Inlet, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Moore's Inlet"), were filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina on October 14, 2025, and became effective on December 31, 2025, and that all creditors of and claimants against Moore's Inlet are required to present their respective claims immediately in writing to the undersigned. Each claim must include the name, address and telephone number of the claimant, the date on which the claim arose, the basis for the claim and the amount of the claim, and each claim should also include with it any supporting documentation which may substantiate the claim. Any claim against Moore's Inlet will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced in a proper forum within five (5) years after the publication of this notice.
