NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PUBLIC SUPPLY LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PUBLIC SUPPLY LLC IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 183 that: (1) Public Supply LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, has dissolved effective March 9, 2026; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Public Supply LLC or its managers or members, in their capacities as such, must present such claims to Public Supply LLC in writing via first-class mail, postage prepaid, to Zachary M. Stuck at N1266 Technical Drive, Unit B, Greenville, WI 54952 with a copy to Attorney Sadie E. Dupont at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 East Enterprise Avenue, Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (4) any alleged claims against Public Supply LLC or its managers or members will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
