NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF RICHARDS LIQUIDATION CORP. RICHARDS LIQUIDATION CORP., an Indiana corporation (the "Corporation"), was voluntarily dissolved effective as of November 21, 2025. If you believe you have a claim against the Corporation, such claim should be submitted in writing and mailed to Richards Liquidation Corp. c/o Mr. Bradley Richards, 4201 Bayshore Blvd., #601, Tampa, Florida 33611. The claim should include a description of the claim as well as the dollar value of the claim.
