NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF SUNDANCE REALTY, LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF SUNDANCE REALTY, LLC IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Section 183 of the Wisconsin Statutes that: (1) Sundance Realty, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, has dissolved effective December 31, 2025; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Sundance Realty, LLC or its managers or members, in their capacities as such, must present such claims in writing via first class mail, postage prepaid, to Attorney Scott C. Barr at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 E Enterprise Ave, Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (4) any alleged claims against Sundance Realty, LLC or its managers or members will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
