NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF WWB5, LLC Notice is hereby given that WWB5, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, is being dissolved voluntarily by resolutions of the members and that Articles of Termination have been or will be filed with the Secretary of State of South Carolina, pursuant to Section 33-44-805 of the South Carolina Code of Laws (1976), as amended. A claim against the Company is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice. This notice is being given pursuant to the requirements of Section 33-44-808 of the South Carolina Code of Laws (1976) and does not constitute a waiver of any defense which the Company has or may have to any claim, including and without limitation, a defense based on any statute of limitation. Claims should indicate the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the amount of the claim and a description of the claim.
